In a nutshell, Using their own proprietary gaming software "Be The Dealer" puts gamblers together, allowing one of them to act as the house.  The Dealer doesn’t actually make any play decisions (the software does that following the standard house rules), the dealer simply bankrolls the game. Should the opponent win, the dealer pays the normal amount, should the opponent lose, the dealer collects the winnings.

The casino simply takes a small transaction fee (about 1.5% of the amount that was wagered against the dealer). The dealer is responsible for any player winnings and the service charge.

It’s up to you whether you want to be the dealer or not or if you want to play against the system or a real player.

Requirements...

There are a few requirements you need to meet before you can be the dealer. First, your bank roll must contain at least enough money to cover the maximum payout of the game you want to deal. Next, you have to have earned a specific minimum number of credit dollars for the game you want to deal.

While you're the dealer, the amount bet against is deducted from your credit dollars (regardless of who wins). Once either your Credit Dollars or your bank roll drops below the limit, you can no longer deal.
