| Highlights: Kings Quest offers over 20
games, 4 are Java based that you can play with no download. All games can be played either
for fun or for real money.
I like Kings Quest, it's an unpretentious site - no slow
loading "splash screens" here. The home page is strictly business, and easy to
navigate. Across the bottom of the screen are graphics for the four Java based games,
click one on and start playing.
If you're not satisfied playing the four Java based
games, you can download a "lite" version of their gambling software. Downloading
the software took about 20 minutes on a 56k modem. Included with the initial software
were: Blackjack, Gold Rush Slots, Pai Gow Poker and Jacks or Better poker. More
games (20 in all) can be downloaded individually (about 5 minutes per game) after the
initial installation of the "lite" software is complete.
As expected, the downloaded versions of the games had
much better graphics and were much faster moving. I played "blackjack" and
"Jacks or better poker" for about an hour (just for fun of course ;-)), then I
downloaded "Deuces Wild Poker", I didn't like that one as much, but that is just
a personal preference.
All in all Kings Quest casino and sportsbook is a pretty
