Blackjack Strategy:
Since four (4) of the 13
possible card values are 10 (10, Jack, Queen, King), it is a good assumption that the
dealer's down card has a value of 10. Using this method add 10 to whatever the
dealer is showing. If the dealer is showing a 7, assume that he currently has a
total card count of 17 and play your hand accordingly.
